COMMUNITY USE

Once the Community Use Agreement is completed and you have either the HUB Outside User Policy completed or proof of insurance through your insurer, these can be brought to HCI for processing. If you are purchasing insurance through HUB, a cheque for the proper amount made out to "Park West School Division" will need to be brought in as well.
